You will always have a different experience when riding the groomed snowmobile trails in District 1. I have been enjoying what I think snowmobiling is all about for the last 34 years and have ridden the trails in several other Districts. However, I always come back home and find the District 1 trails have everything I want from snowmobiling. I can go back in time and ride the Nostalgia Trail through the wilderness, or take a ride on an abandoned rail line for over 100 km, or cruise across farmlands. And what adds icing on the cake is I meet the friendliest riders who want to stop and share stories.
