Being a relative newcomer to snowmobiling, my experiences in District 1 have simply been awesome. With District 1 trails running right past my house, I have had the opportunity to snowmobile over 2,000kms in the last 2 years. And never have I been disappointed.

From great grooming and trail maintenance done the many club volunteers, to the signage which lets me know exactly where I am or where I can stop for fuel or refreshment, District 1 trails maximize the enjoyment of each and every rider. Then combine all this with an extensive network of TOP, Feeder and Club trails you can enjoy some of the most beautiful scenery and wildlife available anywhere in Ontario. From forest trails, to power line corridors, to abandoned rail and road allowances, to rolling farmland, District 1 has it something to offer every rider. Thank you to all the clubs and volunteers in District 1 for their hard work and dedication to the sport.
